Hidradenitis and Healing

Hello, I have HS, POTS, and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Recently I've had a strange outbreak on my back that doesn't look like Hidradenitis.  It's more like acne but they have no fluid in them and it's in a perfect U shape on my lower back (I usually don't get HS back there). I wish you could upload pictures. Anywho, because I have trouble healing I was wondering if anyone knew what it was and if there were any creams or topical a I could use to get rid of it and speed healing. I've been to dermatology so many times and he has no idea what it is!

Hi there! Did your dermatologist recommend a different doctor or testing to figure out what it is? I'm not familiar with what you're describing but I'd definitely get a second opinion.
