I was diagnosed with it 6 months ago. You need an appointment with a dietition. I had to realize I had control over what I put in my mouth. I cut out all sweets, bread, most pasta, & anything I drink is without sugar. I joined a health club & swim & use water weights every day. I have lost 10lbs. So far. I had to ask myself am I living to eat or eating to live. Once I did that I set out to get healthy.
No it will not. Diabetes IS un-controlled BG . You have to control your BG.
Carbohydrates raise BG...ALL carbs raise BG.
exercise lowers BG
drugs lower BG (I mean diabetic drugs not the ones fun to take)
eat less carbs have less BG rise.
