confusion regarding angiopathy after angiography report

my mother had a chest pain three days ago doctor adviced for angiography and according to its report she had
prox LCX 90%
RCA diffuses upto 90%
doctor is saying to use only medicines for it not angiopathy so i need your all advices in this situation ..she had diabities and high bp also
