Can acupuncture get rid of a cyst?

I do not know if this is the right place to ask so I apologise in advance if this question does not belong here. So, I have a small epidermoid cyst close to my right. The cyst is located in one of the deepest skin layers. It has been there for 5 months now. I am pretty sure it was caused by a ‘skin trauma’. This means that I have squeezed several pimples in that area and damaged the skin while doing so. Currently the cyst is about 3 mm in size but I can clearly feel it with my fingers.

I have tried several home remedies but they do not seem to have any strong effect on the cyst. My question is: could acupuncture get rid of the cyst completely? And how long with the treatment take? So, I get there are no guarantees but I would love to get an indication. For example ‘most of the time these kind of cysts respond very well to treatment and are gone in 2 - 3 weeks or so’.
