Is this cancer?

For years I've had pain in my left testicle because I have a small cyst in my epididymis, I also have calcium deposits in both testicles but 5 days ago my left side got a bit sore and now it's both testicles that are sore, getting some pain in lower back but could cancer come on this quick with the pain and pain in lower back, I have an ultrasound in 2 weeks and I'm so scared I have cancer :((((

Hopefully, you have had the ultrasound and sorry for the slow response on your post. There really is no telling how fast a testis cancer can grow and having the ultrasound is key in knowing for sure what is going on.
