Help/suggestions

My fasting numbers this week have been just over 95.  96 and 98.  Any suggestions on night time snacks  to help lower my fasting numbers.   I really do not want to be put on meds and that's the only test im having trouble with.

Try drinking apple cider vinegar with mother mixed with waters. It has done wonders for me, I got the meds the same night as I started drinking it, and happy to say, haven't had to open the bottle yet!

Hi.  Try eating a bedtime snack containing protein and fat,  and minimal carbs.  Boiled eggs and cheese, some nuts,  meat and salad.

Come back and let us know how this works.

You may also try a walk before bedtime.
