Should I be worried ?

Okay so my girlfriend and I were having sex yesterday around 530ish and all of a sudden she came and I noticed it was hard to have sex, something to do with her vagina closing. I kept trying and it seemed almost impossible to go in. I probably went I'm for some seconds but not much. I pulled out, took off my condom and let her finish me so I did not ejaculate inside of her. I noticed once I picked up the condom that it had a rip from the side. Both of us worried, my partner and I bought the plan b pill and she took it about an hour after we had sex. Now, I did not ejaculate in her and if the condom broke it probably happened when I was having a hard time so it wasn't for very long and she took the plan b pill. Should I be worried ?

There has been cases where precum got them pregnant but it's very rare I don't think you have to worry but have her do a pregnancy test at home

Yep this is right. You can get pregnant from just a little - something close to that happen to a good friend of mine

Sometimes a woman can tense up causing her vagina to close up. The plan b should work. Good luck
