PVCs with non normal structural heart

Anyone take Flecainide for PVCs with a non normal structural heart?
Ive been living with a high PVC rate (20-30%) for about a year and half and diagnosed at same time with left ventricular non compaction. EF about 45-50%. EP suggested Flecainide and I was on it briefly before 1st ablation and it knocked down the PVCs however as didn't want to have to take flecainide forever especially with a non normal structural heart I moved forward with ablation.  It was unsuccessful.  I also tried metoprolol and tikosyn, neither of which impacted the burden rate of PVCs. A few months ago I had 2nd ablation which again unsuccessful. EP suggesting going back to Flecainide but I am very nervous about doing this. Wondering if anyone else has any structural heart issues and taking Flecainide.
At this point there seems to be no other options. And with high rate PVCs don't want my EF going down further over time.

This is going to sound nuts but have you ever been tested for sleep apnea?

Do a Google search for sleep apnea and ventricular arrhythmia

You'll be surprised at what you find.

I had 10k pvcs per day.  Once I was finally diagnosed with sleep apnea and started  cpap therapy at night, they're down to maybe 100 a day.

If I stop cpap, they'll be back in a week.

Just trying to help based on my experiences

I dont know, one of my doctors told me to take flecainine and petropolol for an episode of v tach i had. Another doctor told me not to. Its a really scary feeling not knowing! Ive had like 25 ekgs, 3 stress tests, 2 stress echocardiograms, 1 echocardiogram, 1 cardiac MRI, 1 EP study, countless blood tests and x rays and everything turned out normal. BUT, but, my heart monitor caught an episode if ventricular tachycardia 2 weeks ago. My doctors dont know what caused it and its a horrible feeling. Im paranoid and dont even leave my bed anymore. They gave me medicine and told me to go home, but my other doctor tells me not to take it. I had never, ever had PVCs before. After the v tach i had 1 or two but like 3 days apart each. Just stay with your doctors and be patient. I wish i was in your situation lol
