Need help understanding Stress Test results.

It has been over a week since my stress test after finding RBBB and my doctor has not called me about the results showing up in my patient portal. I just left a message asking them to call me about the results.  But maybe someone here can help me. I have no idea what any of this means, except ischemia....I know what ischemia is...help?

     FINDINGS:

There is subtle transient perfusion defect identified along the
inferior lateral wall near the base suggesting subtle ischemia. There
is no fixed perfusion defect indicate scarring.

     Wall motion is unremarkable.

Ejection fraction was calculated at 65%.

Do not panick.

There is indeed some mild ischemia found during the stress test.
It is not fixed, so you heart only suffers mildly during maximal exercising.
Therefore there is no immanent danger for you.

You EF is very good with 65%.

Probably, your doctor will suggest that you see a cardiologist to further check if and where the indication of ischemia comes from.
