Osteoporosis has worsened terribly. Prolia ordered.

My recent dexa showed a t score of -3.9 average. I had an infusion of Reclast a year ago, but due to hyperparathyroidism, can't take it anymore. I had severe bone pain afterward though and am very concerned about prolia.

If I do nothing though, I'm headed to hip fracture. My dad, aunt, and grandmother all had hip fracture. I have MS and severe degenerative spinal condition, so don't need any additional problems.

Anyone else have hyperparathyroid and severe osteoporosis taking prolia? Thanks.
