Should I get second opinion on chest CT scan?

I had a CT scan on my chest done a year ago and it said moderate stenosis or narrowing of the subclavian artery.

I've been dealing with dizziness for over a year and I read this kind of condition can indeed cause dizziness though my cardiologist says no.

I had another CT scan 2 months later and no narrowing of any arteries was mentioned.

My question is whether I should seek a second opinion or not. My cardio says no further testing needed, but I beg to differ. This is my heart we're talking about.

I've had a normal stress test and echo with ejection fraction between 60-70 percent. A good 48 hour Holter and 30 day event monitor. Only have occasional PACs and short bursts of PSVT very rarely that last a second or so.

Still I'm worried about this narrowing and feel I'm being brushed off by my doctor.

I have had many Echos (perhaps as many as 10) over the past 15 years and I have found the reports to differ slightly from year-to-year on such things as size of chambers, and I understand that is because the measurement is an estimate, not an exact measure.  I'd take the Cardiologist's opinion on your question. dizziness and weakness can have many sources outside of hear issues.  Have you had a full physical exam in the last year or two?
