Diet to work in mid night shift

I have diagnosed with diabetes from last 2 years and now i have to work in the mid night shift what should be my diet from 6pm to 6am IST. Please help

I work the midnight shift also. What I do is the same thing I did when I worked days. When I wake up it's my breakfast (everyone's else's dinner) at 2 am I eat a normal lunch then when I get home I have breakfast for dinner. I found that I didn't have to do any special diet changes just change the times I eat. I hope this helps.

Your diet should be low carb to prevent blood sugar spiking.  Eggs, meat, salad vegetables, other non-starchy vegetables, cheese, etc. maybe some nuts.....
