can you Breastfeed with pierced nipples??

I breastfeed with my first child but I didn't uave my nipples pierced. I want to breastfeed with my second, how do I go about breastfeeding do I take them out each feeding? do I keep them in? do I only pump? Would hoops or barbells be better? I really need help

I would imagine you would need to take them out when you feed the baby.  It would be your decision if you want to put them in/out at each feeding... Best of luck!
