110 7 hours after eating may be considered slightly high because this result should be equivalent to your fasting levels, which are ideally < 95.
Better to test 2 hours after eating (<120, ideally) and fasting (<95).
You may also ask your dr to test Hba1c (3 month average blood sugars). Ideally this will be < 5.0 (though you won't get an official diagnosis of prediabetes unless you are about 5.5 0 5.7 and above.
Your best bet is to be checking your blood sugar after an hour or two hours from your first bite of a meal. Record those numbers for a better idea. 7 hours after a meal isn't a relevant number at all unfortunately.
