Don't be scared. Your doctor should have told you that a low lying placenta or placenta previa is VERY common earlier in pregnancy and often shifts and moves up. I had this too with my second pregnancy and by 30 weeks, it was completely lifted and I had a regular birth. So, odds are, your placenta will shift up and off your cervix like it does for most women. If not, it just means C section and planned delivery (as you can't go into natural labor). So, try not to worry. Most likely this will not be the case for you. good luck
