I have lost weight but gained it back.  Just ordered Plexus to help lose weight.

I was able to reduce the dosage of my prescription med by half through weight loss, but did not eliminate the need to take it altogether.  I already had borderline high blood pressure though when I was in my late teens/ early twenties and was not overweight.

Losing weight can help, but there are many factors that go into your BP- genetics included.  You might be 'thin' but if you are not eating the right things (for example, just eating low calorie but high sodium), you might lose weight, but it could cause your BP to go up even.  It's best to get advice from your doctor about what will help bring it down.
