Muscular Dystrophy diagnose

I am going thru several problems. Fibromyalgia diagnosed 7 yrs ago and Hypothyroid patient since 11 yrs. After 2011 I have good relaxation till Nov 2016. Started Issues again with painful itchy/white patches on groin area, then after that muscle pains/inflammation spread all over the body. Also loose stools and eyes pain.
I am visiting several doctors but no relief from pain. Sofar these 3 blood tests came as high but doctors are not serious about these three abnormal ranges.

Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme=81 (Range 9-67)
Kreatine Kinase, Total=199 (Ref Range 44-196)
B12=1266 (Ref Range 200-1100)

My energy levels are not bad, I can't walk more than 10 mins,because my feet sole hurts and feel sharp pain/inflammation of feet.I am posting my question in this forum because of Creatine Kinase is also elevated and  which is referring to Muscle Dystrophy in google. Need expert advise.

Ask your doctor about sarcoidosis. It could so many things but that's what I was tested for when my ACE was high. I don't have it. Just saying
