Can HIV+ men still have children?

Under what conditions is a HIV+ man able to have children? The worry has been possible infection to the female and the child which I dont want. Is there any way to have children without the risk of infection?

Nowadays, there are treatments that are getting really good results in this kind of affairs. But be careful, because everything needs to be controlled and followed by a doctor. So, before trying to do anything, talk to your doctor, because it's a long procedure. Do not put anyone in an unnecessary risk please.
