What do my test results mean?

Results of Epidermal Nerve Fiber Analysis = Right Calf nerve fiber density 1.3 and right lower thigh 1.0.
Results of 2 hour glucose results following 12 hour fast = first draw was 120 mg/dl and second draw was 270 mg/dl.

We don't know the range of the nerve tests, so can't comment on whether they are normal or not.   YOu will need to get feedback from your doctor on that.

However, the glucose results are high.

If you do have neuropathy, the best way to manage it and even to recover is by strictly normalizing blood sugars.  This can be done with low carb diet, exercise, and medications, if needed.  Totally normal fasting is < 95, and ideally in the 80s.
