MI at age of 33, with 100% blockage in circumflex artery

Hello,
I am 33 yr old male and had MI with 100% blockage in circumflex artery. I have one stent placed. Dr.'s said i also have 40-50% stenosis in LAD and 40% stenosis in circumflex artery.
I am on asprin, brilinta, statins (80mg), lisinopril and betablocker.
What can i do to prevent other blocks from worsening? Also having lot of muscle pain due to statins and feel tired/fatigue overall.

You should always take CoQ10 with statins.

Your body need some time to adapt to the medication. If the muscle pain does not go away after a few weeks, you could ask your doctor to let you switch to another statin.

What you can do to prevent worsening is:
- take your medication as prescribed
- eat healthy
- be physically active
- avoid long periods of stress
- enjoy life

take care.
