Should I be concerned? Any leads and suggestion? Anybody have these same symptoms?

Hello Everyone, I am an adult 21 year old female and have been dealing with frustrating symptoms causing insomnia as they happen mostly at night and on occasion during the day. I have been feeling constantly lightheaded, nauseous, trembling along with frequent tingling pains throughout my body and frequent urination. I have done tests before and normal and can’t accept the answers because my symptoms won’t go away. Too mention, back in may I have been near syncope and had one low blood sugar result (63) considered normal with the same symptoms. I am concerned. I also have hypothyroidism and a family history of Diabetes(Grandma).

Do you have a blood glucose meter?  You can test when you have symptoms.

A blood sugar reading of 63 is only slightly low.  Normal blood sugar ranges typically from 70 - 120.  Results within this range no cause for concern.

How is your thyroid levels?

Are you having anxiety?  Anxiety can also contribute to symptoms such as  you are reporting.   Suggest you also look into methods for managing anxiety, and relaxation, which may also help manage your symptoms if nothing physical comes back.
