Did you experience any symptoms before diagnosis?

Before you were diagnosed with GD, did you notice any symptoms that gave you a 'warning sign'?  I think most women, including myself, get diagnosed without even noticing a thing- was it that way for you?

I was diagnosed in the first weeks of my first pregnancy.  It was still mild.  So yes, I had no symptoms at all. 9 1/2 years later, I am still using insulin, and still well controlled, with no complications or symptoms of diabetes.
