Desperate for answers. Strange symptoms

Hey everyone. I though I would give this a try after seeing multiple doctors with no answers. Here is the story. I got sick about 10 months ago with the flu. It was relatively mild flu, as I didn’t really have any fevers or coughing or anything like that. In the coming weeks, though, I started developing some crazy symptoms. I started getting really bad anxiety attacks, insomnia, chest pains, heart palpitations, fatigue, ringing ears, floaters in eyes, light sensitivity, muscle stiffness, tingling in hands and feet, and really bad joint cracking all over body. Got just about every test done, including mri, emg, eeg, and 100 blood tests, but they found nothing. Was even tested and treated for lyme several times, even though I tested negative each time. So I just figured it was just chronic fatigue or something and went on my way. As the months go by, most of these symptoms seemed to go away. In the past 3 or 4 months though, I have been suffering from terrible and constant muscle spasms and twitching all over my body. In my legs, arms, hands, mouth, throat, and tongue. My muscles are extremely stiff and fatigued all over, and it has made it very difficult for me to function on a daily basis. A neurologist gave me flexeril to take, but it really has not had that much effect. I have researched neuromyotonia and Isaacs, and it seems that this is what I have, but I cannot be certain. Is there anyone that is in or has been in a similar situation? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Do you get muscles twitching in your throat and then the muscles get tight or painful when you're trying to swallow?

Hello,

Thanks for the reply. I do get the twitching in my throat, as well as in my mouth and tongue. The muscles in these areas feel tight and stiff, which can make talking difficult at times. I have not really had too much difficulty swallowing.
