Fear when felt a lump at the bottem of right testid
4 month ago i felt soft pain in the right testis when i felt small lump in the bottem of testice i go to doctor and i make ultra sound .. i was have varicose and spermatocele.. 1 week before i felt the lump is bigger like small ball and hard without pain .. also i have that soft pain .. may it dangerous im verry worried .. plz help
