Are these glucose and blood pressure readings good?

Is a blood glucose level of 6.3 half an hour or so after eating and a blood pressure of 139/82 / heart rate 99 with white coat syndrome good?

The NHS defines ideal blood pressure as one that lies between 90-120 mmHg systolic and 60-80 mmHg diastolic.
