Pain and fasciculation a post electric shock

History:

I am 1/32 Native American from paternal grandmothers mother.

I have renovated 3 houses in the last 5 years and may have been exposed to something. My dad was a wheat farmer so I grew up around those chemicals.

I was bitten by two ticks in Kalbarri in  September 2012. I was exhausted since then but put it down to tiredness from late pregnancy, childbirth and then two young kids.

I got someone to do calculations for me based on the shock I had after I saw you and they said I am lucky to be alive. I had the shock twice, once arm to arm and another time left arm to right leg.

My paternal grandmother had very bad arthritis and a hump and couldn't move well.

I have bad stomach problems and can't eat dairy or gluten without bad reactions.

I had a headache that lasted 5 days before the extreme symptoms came on (prior to that I had the left wrist pain, tingling, sandpaper and twitch). But I had also just found out that Dad's cancer spread to his lungs.

Testing:

MRI is fine
Nerve conduction left arm is fine.
Blood is fine but some mild low iron and slight low red blood cell saturation and low b12.

Symptoms:

I am still having intermittent deafness in my left ear post a 2 month virus late last year.

I am getting a buzzing feeling twitch that happens even with movement and lasts up to 10 seconds as well as a movement twitch that is sudden and lasts 1-2 seconds. I feel this is a mix of fasciculation and other twitches.

My muscles are weaker on my left arm than before and they look different (thinner forearms wider upper arms) than before the accident. My calfs were always constantly stiff with muscle but now are floppy. I've been excercising less after the shock but have now resumed and it hasn't changed.

I'm tired with exertion whereas I used to be very fit.

The sandpaper feeling on my left hand is regular and not going away. Sometimes it moves up to my wrist and left side of the forearm.

I'm having trouble swallowing most of the time and have pain behind my Adam's apple like someone has their finger there pushing it back.

Regular intermittent (every hour for up to 30 minutes) buzzing centre of chin and lower lip.

My left wrist is often quite sore and has been since the electric shock.

Everything is worse when I wake up in the morning and sometimes if I get up after laying down but not being asleep.

I have now had 5 occasions of dropping the thing I was holding in my left hand via it spasming to release it. This is worse with stress.

The clicking joints are worse with exercise and have never happened (except occasionally in one hip and neck) before this year. Now they are in my left wrist, fingers, both knees (with walking up each stair or exercising), hips, ankles, toes, neck, back.

It's getting slightly worse with the day after very hot days.

Exercise is much harder than it was before the shock and muscles are burning more (getting tired and painful, but I am possibly a bit more flexible). I am finding pinching things with my left hand painful and weak.

I was told by the physio last week that my reflexes are a bit hyperresponsive.

Minor Pittichae rash under arms and I had a funny rash resembling goosebumps on my forearms and calfs of legs just prior to the most recent symptoms.

Deaf in left ear off and on.

Although I was under stress the stressors have all gone except my dad being sick. We have sold our house, my daughter is going well at school, I have made sure to do yoga and exercise every day, gone on a planned vegan diet, sleeping at regular and extra hours (10-7), meditation and taking vitamin b, magnesium and iron. I've stopped taking spirulina and the tea I was drinking before it happened. I don't drink, smoke or take any drugs or prescription medication.

It is still happening without the stress and I have never had any of these symptoms other than an occasional hip bone click  (as opposed to what has built up to many times daily now), very very occasional finger flick twitch if stressed (once a week as opposed to what has built up to many times daily). These symptoms are worrying for me as they are so out of the norm. Even when I first found out my dad had inoperable cancer in April while moving my family interstate, went through periods of not sleeping with newborns, had exams at uni etc, none of this has ever happened. The worst that ever happened with anxiety was a headache and feeing a bit shaky.

This all changed 5 months ago after the shock and has gotten progressively worse in jumps. does it sound like PTSD or a nerve issue?
