Advice on ultrasound

I have had a lot of issues so I’ll keep this short. Went in and was supposed to be 6w5d but measured 6w1d. The heart rate was 107 which the dr was concerned was too low. Went back 7 days later and the baby was measuring 6w3d so no growth really. The heart rate was 99 at that time. Went back 2 days later and baby had grown substantially measuring 7w1d in just two days. The dr has always had issues with the ultrasound machine and said that there looks to be a cyst on the embryo but then when questioned changed it to say it was fluid. She said it didn’t look normal and started talking me through what a miscarriage looks like. For some reason I just have a feeling that she isn’t accurate and that everything is fine. More like user error. What are your thoughts?  Think it is concerning?

I'm sorry this is all so confusing.  Congrats on the pregnancy and I sure do hope this works out for you.  So, this is important stuff.  I guess an option to go to another ob for a second opinion would help.  It's frustrating to think this doctor is just guessing.  Early pregnancy on ultrasound can often be confusing with what at one time appeared to be an empty sac growing to a full term baby.  That does happen.  But in this case with three things, the slow growth, slow heart rate (declining as well) and the visual of something such as a cyst on the embryo or fluid makes me concerned.  They told you what to look for with regards to a miscarriage.  But if none of that has started, I'd find another doctor you feel more comfortable and trusting of and get a second opinion.  hugs and please let us know what happens sweetie
