Hi, lacunar strokes are small ones where the brain cells die and leave an open spot - each is usually from when one small blood vessel gets blocked by a clot. Clots might form right in the brain, or else form in the neck arteries and then travel up to the brain.

"Please suggest me what to do?"
You'd want to determine what in her lifestyle is contributing to the strokes, and get her to change those. More or worse strokes might happen. Is she diabetic and/or overweight?

Also, a daily aspirin might help, but of course you'd want to clear that with her doctor first. Aspirin might possibly help as much as expensive drugs such as Plavix. Healthy people probably shouldn't take daily aspirin, but this is a different situation.

I know that this question is not recent, but maybe the reply might help somebody else who happens upon this post.
