I’m 14 weeks i was at work eating steaks in salad then notice thumping at the bottom of my stomach . Is there anyway possible that can be the baby moving ?

If this is your first pregnancy, most women feel moving a bit later.  I felt it like little gurgles or like feather floating around.  I had no idea it was my baby.  Then at 20 weeks, my whole stomach rolled to the other side . . . YEP, baby moving!  LOL  It's confusing early on if you don't know what to look for.  So, it could be.  I felt my second child very early around 10 weeks but had my kiddos back to back, so everything happened really soon including being in maternity clothes by 13 weeks.  sigh.  good luck!!  Our pregnancy forums are great for support and friendship so hope you jump over there.  Find them under communities, search P for pregnancy and then pick your age group. good luck

It's possible at 14 weeks you may have felt your little one move- although it's usually like a fluttering feeling and less of a thump.  It also could just be digestion.  As you get further along it will be more clear if it's your baby or just your tummy- congratulations!
