I am 5weeks and 5 days pregnant with my second child 12 years later,

I had a myomectomy about 4 years ago and I want to know will i still be able to do a vaginal birth with this baby as I did with my first

Congratulations!  This is exciting so many years after your first child.  Big age gap but my sister's kids between her oldest and youngest are 10 years.  My niece was the happiest caregiver in the world to her baby brother and now years later, they are still close.  very sweet relationship they have.  Anyway, your doctor should be able to guide you fully.  While I think it depends where the incision is, I think it is most likely you'll get a c section.  Risks of uterine rupture exist after that procedure and childbirth, so they usually try to avoid it with c section.  Hey, on the bright side, you can schedule the birth of your child, it won't hurt during and you can feel more in control because you plan everything.  :>)))  Let us know how you are doing and again, congratulations!
