Why my tailbone hurts?

Hi.
So my problem is the pain in my tailbone/sacrum area.
It has been in pain all of this year and a little bit last year.
I've had one fall 4 years ago and one two years ago.
The first one I fell directly on my butt from when my rollerskates wheel locked in tiny hole on tarmac and I slammed down hard. It hurt but not too much and before I went home I did a moment of recovering. I was starting new job the next so I basically had been on that job for four years now and it's desk job.
Almost two years ago I fell off my bicycle but not directly on my butt, mostly on my left side (I was making tight turn and wheel slipped off the sidewalk throwing me down). I got bruises on my left shoulder and left hip and both knees and had mild pain in my right wrist possibly from being hardly pushed onto my left wrist from holding onto handlebars. And there were bit of mild pain-like sensation in my tailbone .

Last year I was sitting a lot- more than usual. I moved and then winter and work and all made me more sedentary than usual (also i bought computer) and by the time of fall I had pain when I was sitting for long time. This year I noticed pain happening more and even at work.
Now I feel pain shooting all the way through sacrum as well upon standing up after I get up. It pass not long after but still hurts upon standing up.
Few months ago I noticed that upon turning on my left side when I go to bed makes some pain appear on the left buttock like deep inside and pressure feel on tailbone (which makes the pain happen) but after a while is gone almost completely.

I'm getting worried because my buttocks hurt during riding my bike through the park and I struggled to last as long as I wanted. The pain of course eases off once I get to my feet.
And my seat was having gel pad which usually helps as I am tended to have my buttock bones hurting if I sit on hard surfaces longer than 20 minutes.

I am just getting frustrated because I have no idea what made my tailbone suddenly hurt aside those most notable falls and my somewhat more distinctive sitting habits.

I would greatly appreciate if anyone could throw me a hypothetical bone to chew on as I'm reluctant to see any doctor (my mom's experience is just nerve wracking and I feel I could just explode in their faces if their logic fails to meet mine) and also I don't have the best insurance which is mostly work related and the company is preferring if you paid first your own money and then they decide if to pay you back.
My country has messed up health care system so seeing doctor is challenging for not rich people.

Therefore I ask anyone online to give some advice or something in the possible direction I could investigate online.

Sitting too much can cause old injuries to flare, and especially if you are suddenly doing a lot of increased sitting. Try getting up, standing, changing chairs, using a donut/pad under your buttocks. Make sure you aren't slouching, leaning forward, using too hard or soft a chair.
Getting up, walking around, standing for a few minutes during extended sitting times goes a long way in relieving irritation for overuse.
