I'm 15, female. Could I have colon cancer?

So, I've gone to the hospital for a UTI (back in December). About two weeks after that, I noticed it started to hurt when I passed a stool. After awhile, I started to have small (bright red) spots of blood whenever I pooped. I didnt have much stomach pain, so I thought it was probably just a fissure, bc i had had diarrhea for awhile. I still do, sometimes.

It's July now, and it's been about six months. I haven't gone to the hospital bc, well, we don't have money and I don't want to go if it's nothing.

The pain when pooping has gotten far more painful, a sharp pain. The bleeding has progressed. Sort of. Sometimes it's just spots, other times it's more spread. I've been taking stool softners every night for about a month. Anyway, I've been having stomach pain for about 3 months, everyday.

Could someone help me out, here?

Hello~You probably have either hemorrhoids or anal fissures, in either event, you do need to be seen by a doctor to get a proper diagnosis and also more than likely, a prescription for the correct medication.

It is statistically unlikely that you have colon cancer at age 15, but that does not mean you do not have infectious or inflammatory bowel disease or other bowel pathology. You should see a gastroenterologist for further workup and management. If you do not have money, you should seek out free clinics in your area. Good luck!
