milk coming out 4 months after abortion

Hi i’m a 22 year old student. I had an abortion 4 months ago. There was lactation after that.. for a month.. i had breast engorgement too.. i had to squeeze them out.. but the lactation was gone for like three months already.. today i just felt a bit pain in my right breast and i squeezed it and a drop of milk came out.. it’s not plenty at all.. but should i worry ? Is that normal ? When that drop came out, that slight pain in my right breast is relieved.. i’ve been hitting gym and doing kind of strenous exercises for a month till now.. i’m taking CLA Supplements too.. is it because of these pills ? :’(

It's probably not milk but more of a hormonal issue.  Milk for most women actually doesn't come in until they've fully given birth (a couple of days after and you have colostrum which you have right away but it is not like milk that flows and engorges your breasts.).  So, I'd guess your hormones were in shock with the abrupt change after termination and are still adjusting.  If it continues, talk to your doctor about it.  Some women have this without ever having been pregnant so it is not necessarily related.  How's it going now? It's been a couple of weeks since you posted this.
