From last month I am facing a problem of feeling always to pee. Even after just return from washroom and within a minute again feeling to go.  I can able to control my pee without any leakage issues. Done kidney , prostate and bladder sonography and all normal. No pain or burning while urination but after urination feeling burning at the tip of the penis.

Are you getting your bladder completely empty each time you urinate?  If not, this will make you feel like you have to go again right away.  It could also cause a burning sensation after you urinate.
