8 days late period with white creamy discharge

I got diagnosed with EBV like a month ago and actually got my period last month after diagnosis and all was well.

However this month i have traveled 14 hours to another country almost have a new lifestyle... (WALKING ALOT, carrying things and all that) however i have traveled here last year and i dont recall any issues with my period.

I am not pregnant that's for sure.
I have no symptoms of period at all tho.. No sorness no nothing.
Creamy discharge is all. I was supposed to get my period 8 days ago AND this is the very first time i ever get it this late.
Is this an STD?
Is this due to EBV?
Is this due to traveling? ( which i have done b4)
What can this be?
Please help i am very concerned.

Period issues are very common when we have changes in routine which you describe.  I'd chalk ALL of this up as normal.  Discharge changes with women based on hormones and even what we eat (sugar and such).  I'd guess this is due to the country and lifestyle change you describe and changes in routine.  I would not worry.
