did a cyst break?

hi, im 19 years old, i havent had a period for over 80 days now, I wasnt officially diagnosed with pcos but its likely i have it, as my sister and mom do! yesterday I had a bit of brown discharge and today this sort of transparent mucousy discharge with bits of pink blood! i have been having cramps for a few days now but today they are really  extremely strong! i took ipobrufen and it helped a bit but i still have pain, they come and go every coule minutes but still pretty strong even after the medication! should i see medical attention? is this just period pain? is that period at all? thank you so much for the help!

It's highly likely that you have PCOS if it runs in your family. If the pain digressed and then you bled, you shouldn't have much to worry about. Ruptured cysts come with other symptoms too though; like fever, severe cramping on one side,  pain in the lower abdominal area, and possible nausea and vomiting. I know your post is from August 2nd, so I hope you got to feeling better!
