Should you get a check up after a miscarriage and when?

I got a miscarriage yesterday and i was at school. At 1-3am i was at the bathroom because of labor like pains and i was dealing with blood clots then suddenly a liver like solid blood came out and a grey firm thing. I don't feel any pain now and the bleeding turned to normal and period like. Im scared. Should i get a check up? And if ever do i need to bring a guardian?Im 17 and from the philippines.

I’ve heard that miscarriages can be very dangerous if didn’t pass it all. I would go to the doc to be safe. Also don’t use tampons at all!! You can get a terrible infection from this. I’m sorry for your loss and I hope things look up for you soon.

Sorry to hear. That must have been scary.  Had you missed a period or anything?  Do they have any woman's clinics in the Philippines?  I live in the states and we do have clinics here where under age women can go for gynecological help.  You pay yourself but it is sliding fee scales so not expensive.  Normally it would be best to get checked but if you do not, just watch for things like a fever or pain.  hugs
