Chest pain

I have chest tightness for one month..I did 7 ekg's 3 triplex of my heart 2 blood tests and one chest x-ray and all came out normal..doctor says I have anxiety disorder but I'm afraid I'm gonna die..I'm 23 I don't smoke I recently lost 23kg and begin exercising..plz help

Yes 3 and all were normal
The exact words of the doctors were "these are the best health has results we've seen in years"
All three? I mentioned 2.
No I meant I did the tests 3 times hahaha
But did you have the other tests I mentioned done?
Yeah I had every test possible...I"ve been to 9 different doctors
Have you had a right heart cath w/ exercise?

Cardiac mri?
I've done an mri and doctors said there is no need for cath test since everything is normal..every doctor I've been too sends me to a psychiatrist
