Gallbladder pain / diet?

For the past 2 weeks I have been having sharp pains in the right side of my stomach and have been feeling extremely nauseous afterwards. It lasts for around 20-30 minutes but seems like it is getting worse. I have done some searching and believe it could have something to do with my gallbladder, however im not sure.. I am on a decent diet but have been eating out more in recent months.

Is there any types of foods that I should be avoiding specifically? and is there anything else I should look out for?

And what can I do to minimize the pain / reduce the effects overall?

You should see your doctor because a dysfunctional GB can become infected and be serious.  Food high in fat content are a HUGE trigger when suffering from GB disease.  Good Luck -- keep us posted!  C~

It could be early stages of stones, possibly a minor attack.. My girlfriend was having the same symptoms a few months back, we didnt think much of it and then she began having extremely sharp pains right after eating. She didnt want to go through surgery or anything so we did some research and tested a few products. She found pulverexx, and it worked really well. Pain began to lessen after a few days and the pressure she was feeling went away near the end of the program. It wasnt until the last phase that the pressure got completely cleared, but she began feeling better through out the whole process. She is backing to eating same foods that she used to, and feeling much better.
