"No tears when I cry"

Did anyone had a stroke , then noticed that each time they cry, There is no single tear comes out from their eyes?

I am so sorry it has taken me a few days to respond.  That is terrible.  I lost my mom tragically years ago, 20 years ago!  It is painful to this day, I kid you not.  And my aunt was kind of her stand in for me.  She is my loved one who had the stroke.  

If I may  ask, did they ever determine why you had the stroke so young?  Do you have a significant other?  Or family present?  

I'm here to chat.  I got bogged down the past week or so but will be better at responding!  promise!

Has this happened to you?  I have a dear aunt who had a stroke.  I wonder about dry eye syndrome in this instance?  Could that be going on?  Dry in general?

Yes, I was 37 when i had a stroke. Then another followed after 3days in the Hospital.  I was in ICU for weeks..
3months in the Hospital. Then another  2 different (911 calls)   + 2 times I was rushed to Emergency  for complications....
was harsh.

Oh my gosh!!!!  Sweetie, you are so young!!  What a traumatic and long journey you have had!!   How are you doing?  You mention the lack of tears but how are you doing with the rest of your mobility and health?  Do you have family?  Sorry for the questions but what a devastating thing to have happen at the age of 37!  It's NEVER easy but you were in the prime of life.

So, are your eyes in general? Neither eye will produce tears?

Thanks specialmom!  Yeah I guess that tells you STROKE  does not choose a victim.  Traumatic & terrifying.  How am I doing?  __  thats a very hard hard complicated question to answer  because its been 7yrs now. Yes its my annivesary Month.

There is not lack of tears.  I dont shed a single tear at all each time I cry & get emotional.  My Mobility,  Health is poor. Yes , If you see me... you can't tell that I had a stroke .

Family? .. GOsh,  This is too stressful.  Too soon,  But I am sincerely appreciative  that I have someone like you responding.

I just  lost my only Mother  & my only Loved one Family.  She passed away in a painful way,  18days ago.  Just buried her remains 9 days  ago.
