95% Ejection Rate Severe Pain in Upper Right Quad

So a few months ago I started having severe pain under my right ribs, nausea, vomiting, horrible reflux. LVT came back at 116, ultrasound normal, hida scan 95% and they said my gallbladder looked contracted but my gastro dr says its probably from my symptoms. Wants me to come back in a month for an upper gi because he says 95% is normal. I'm in horrible pain can barely eat cause I have attacks after. Should I get a second opinion? Gallbladder issues run in my family. 39yo Female
