What’s happened to my penis skin? Stretchy, mushy, loose

I'am a 22 year old in perfect health. This is all started just after i had a bit more than longer normal masturbating session 2 weeks ago that lasted no more than 20-30 minutes. What is happening is frankly scary and i'm afraid my penis will never be the same ever again.

Just after masturbating the skin went loose and stretched like it lost all its firmness and elasticity its hard to describe but its now wrinkly, thin but thick at the same time, loose and sticky to the touch and just has an all round mushy feeling to it like a bit of rubber and like its almost detached. This isn't the first time this happened it also happened about a month ago after i masturbated 4 times in one day which i NEVER usually do. i stopped masturbating for around 3 weeks and it came much better but now i've brought it back to just how it was.

I've had this issue not quite as bad but on going for a few years now which it comes to how i'm describing just after masturbating but usually goes back to a a firmer state after a couple days. but its the worst its ever been right now.

This is making me suicidal and incredibly depressed being a virgin to it kills me knowing i may never know what sex actually feels like with this skin condition, it changes the whole texture to it and feeling and sensation is much different. It's ruining my life i cant be happy because when i'am i think about this problem and get depressed.

I also don't masturbate very often, I've gone months without it this year but these days its around 1-2 days a week if that. because every time i do it seems to damage it further.

No one seems to know what this is, i'm starting to think its something to do with the collagen and for some reason my body isn't producing any in the penis and hence why its so loose and different.

I'l see a dermatologist if things don't improve which they are not
