Ovarian Cyst Rupture? Should I worry?

Last night, I had pain at the end of/after sex. Unusual for me, but not excruciating. I just went on to sleep. Around 4am, I woke up to abdominal pain that wouldn't ease. I used the bathroom and got some relief, then went to the other end of the house to check on my kids. By the time I got back to my bedroom, I had to use the bathroom again. While sitting on the toilet, I started to get nauseous and started vomiting. I was dizzy and sweaty. When I got back to my bed, I was cold and shaking. Now I am crampy with some back pain. I am waiting on my doctor to call back. Is this a ruptured cyst? If so, should I worry?
