HIV nightmare and OCD

despite every one tells me I am Ok and I never had risk because my exposer was protected and extremely brief and my negative blood antibody test 8 weeks after my exposer I have a very hard time to move on I can't even stop thinking about it, do I need psychological help?

Exactly same situation here. i would be amazingly happy if i pass 8 weeks :)  i am in the 4th week, stressing like hell . seeking for help !

I think we both have phobia
Yes, you both have phobia since you won't believe the science that was explained to you on the HIV forum, and the only thing you trust is your own made up science fiction theories. You don't have any medical training so it is unrealistic to have so much confidence in your own made up theories - actually they are just science fiction theories.
You need a one on one with a mental health professional because no one on a chat line here can provide that.

If you can't let it go, it couldn't hurt.  It all depends on how pervasive the problem is.  Is it just this one time?  Was this time different than other times, such as being your first time?  You need therapy when a problem repeats.  If it's just once in your life and is just one thing and you can work it out yourself, you don't need it.  But again, couldn't hurt.

By the way, don't self-diagnose.  You're not describing OCD.  But if you label yourself that way people can talk themselves into believing the label fits.  Let the experts diagnose you.
no its not my first time I am usually worry about everything thats how I know there is something wrong with me
