SHORTNESS OF BREATH WITH CHEST THROUGH RIB CAGE TIGHTNESS FOR 2 MONTHS

AGE: 20
Started July 13 so 2 months ago.
All tests normal except two.
Lung function is low. Signs of airway constriction due to low lung function and chest/rib cage tightness and weak respiratory muscles but no disease shown. SYMPTOMS: I CANNOT INHALE OR EXHALE PROPERLY/severe tightness from my Chest to down my upper abdomen around rib cage tightness and goes to my back and spine. Dizziness and sometimes feel faint. Symptoms are all day and night. They only get worse. I cannot do my normal activities due to this. Will be trying a bronchilador that pulmonologist gave me but he is not sure this is asthma. I don’t wheeze and my oxygen doesn’t drop. I just can’t flow the air inside my lungs well and something is tightening my lungs and constricting my airway flow. Talking in full sentences is hard and I have arm weakness. Pre existing conditions: Sinus Tachycardia. Symptoms there even when my heart is on the low side though.

* ELEVATED D DIMER TEST RESULTE BUT CLEAR CT ANGIOGRAM. All other exams clear like GI or BLOOD TESTS. They’ve already scanned my brain to my stomach. All except spine.  Pain does spread to my spine and back.
