Testicles hit, lingering damage?

I hit myself in the testicles while playing raquetball. It hurt so bad I had to stop playing, and had some lingering discomfort (not pain) in the area for a couple weeks after. However, there was never any bruising, tenderness, swelling, or anyting out of the ordinary.

I've since hit myself again like 2 or 3 more times in the testicles again while playing raquetball, but not like I did that first time.

Should I be concerened about any potential damage to my fertility after having experienced these incidents? Would a doctor's visit be warranted and would they even be able to fix any damage I may have caused?
