why Is it difficult for me to wake up?

Let me start off by saying that I have a night job and I don’t get off until 1:30 am so I normally get to sleep around 2-2:30. Every morning I try to wake up early to be able to work out, do homework, or just work on hobbies, but for some reason I just cannot wake up. I’ve even tried the thing where I put my phone far away so I have to walk to it to turn off my phone, but I still just force myself to go back to sleep. I have no idea why and I would really like a way to fix it because I love working out and hate waistline my day sleeping.

I also face this same issue in my past. But now i overcome from that problems. So i will suggest you to try this technique for once. First, decide your sleeping time management means anyhow you have to sleep at time. Secondly,  fix your important work at morning because of that when your sleeping you keep this thing in mind and you can wakeup.Third, make a alteration -If you always wake up at 10-11am, waking up immediately at 5am the next day may be a big thunderbolt. I hope this things work out.

I tend to wake up around 12-1 which is about 10-11 hours of sleep. I would like to only get about 8 hours but I just can’t seem to make myself wake up

Maybe you should have a sleep study done, to determine if you re waking up all night and not realizing it.

Don't cut short your sleep, that seems to be what your mind-body is telling you. Given your work hours, very important for you to schedule enough time for proper sleep.  For most adults, that should be between 7 and 9 hours.  Experiment with your wake time to determine what's best for you, and stick with that.  Then give some thought to time management, so you can plan to do all the things you want.

You didn't state what time you want to wake up. You mention early, then later you mention wasting the day so that is a broad range.
