“Mild” symptoms

Hello,
I’m wondering if someone has time to answe a few questions who has lupus. I’ve tried to look at symptoms and I’m wondering:

- what would a low grade fever be in numbers?
- the butterfly rash, when I try to google it it looks very extreme. Does anyone know of a source of less extreme or maybe it doesn’t work like that? Can it be more faint?

I have had lupus for 38 years. A low-grade fever would be considered 99 to 101. The butterfly rash can look more like a sunburn and it does not have to be severe. If you have anymore questions let me know.
