I have small red discoloration on groin area, but no bumps, sores, or itchiness?

I noticed a small red patch of skin where my leg meets my groin area. There are no sores, bumps, itchiness, flakiness, or anything else of that sort, it just seems to be discolored. It's red with smaller darker red spots, and kind of looks like a hickey, but I haven't done anything sexually in a couple of weeks. I don't have any other symptoms, sickness, etc, so I think I might be overthinking it, but I thought I would ask just in case. It looks similar to what my eyelids look like when I get contact dermatitis, but it's not itchy so I don't think that that's what it is. Does this sound like something to be worried about?

Hi, welcome to the forum. So, I'd just keep an eye on it.  It's not bothering you.  It could be from friction of something rubbing there, even clothing.  If it changes or you develop more symptoms, we'll go from there but my guess is that it will go away!  Keep us in the loop!
