What happens if I got shingles shot two years in row

I thought I got one last year and just got another one

You almost certainly have nothing to worry about.  Any adverse reactions to the shot would happen within the first hour of receiving it.  You're only supposed to get that one once, but if you haven't had any issues by now, you should be fine.
